Terms of Service

These terms cover the Image to Image Pro public product preview. Free browser crop and export are available. Public AI generation and paid subscriptions are closed; no production payment is taken. Direct support and the payment workflow must be verified before paid subscriptions open.

Using the studio

Submit only images, logos and other content you have the right to process. Keep your account credentials secure, and do not share access to private files. You are responsible for your prompt and for reviewing results before publishing. The Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited content, reporting and appeals.

Your content and AI processing

You retain any rights you hold in your source content. Submitting an image permits the processing, storage and delivery needed for your requested task; it does not give us permission to use a customer’s private photo as a public marketing example. AI processing involves KIE as described in the Privacy Policy.

Model and output limitations

Our published AI examples use Seedream 5.0 Flash via KIE (seedream/5-flash-image-to-image). This is the candidate standard model for the planned service, subject to quality and safety acceptance. Image to Image Pro is independent and does not claim model-provider endorsement.

AI may change shapes, packaging, logos, text and other details. Outputs are not guaranteed to preserve products exactly, be unique, or be suitable for a particular use. Inspect important details and rights before commercial use. Crop and resize use existing pixels; they do not generate additional content.

Plans and allowances

The planned standard monthly prices are Starter $9 for 30 successful images, Basic $19 for 160 and Pro $39 for 350. Each successful AI generation produces one output and uses one image. New AI edits and regenerations count separately on success. Failed generations do not consume image allowance.

Each monthly billing period resets the allowance; unused images do not roll over. Ordinary crop, resize and export of the same result are free. Batch AI generation, brand presets and premium-model switching are not included. The pricing page shows current availability and the plan details.

Limits and interrupted tasks

Each account has a submission ceiling of twice its monthly image allowance. A shared provider budget can pause new submissions; there is no unlimited retry promise. An unconfirmed submission keeps its reservation while its original task is checked to avoid duplicate paid requests.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

When subscriptions open, prices, currency, applicable tax and recurring billing terms will be shown before payment. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Request cancellation from your account and check the confirmed billing state; deleting a file or signing out does not cancel a plan.

Cancellation and refund are separate processes. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for review conditions and how entitlement is handled. A refund request is not automatic approval. Any Pancake sandbox transaction is a test rather than a production purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Storage, access and availability

Private image access expires after 30 days. Automatic permanent deletion is not yet enabled; download anything you want to keep and delete unwanted files from your account. We may pause the preview for maintenance, budget limits, quality or safety failures, or abuse. A valid account does not guarantee uninterrupted generation.

Changes and questions

We will publish updated terms when the service changes. Changes to price or paid plan conditions will be communicated before they apply. These preview terms do not claim that the commercial service or its payment flow has already passed acceptance.
