Acceptable use
Use the studio for images you are authorized to work with. These rules apply to source images, prompts and generated results. AI output is not a way to avoid another person’s rights or consent.
Prohibited content
- Pornography and NSFW content. No sexually explicit imagery or instructions intended to create it.
- Violence and gore. No graphic injury, violent abuse or imagery promoting real-world violence.
- Hate speech. No content attacking protected groups, hateful symbols used to promote hate, or extremist recruitment.
- Child-unsafe content, including CSAM. No sexualization, exploitation, abuse or endangerment of children.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. No deceptive impersonation, nonconsensual intimate imagery or fabricated endorsements. Face swapping and voice cloning are not offered.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. No unauthorized use of protected images, logos or designs, counterfeit promotion, or misleading claims of brand ownership.
Content review: current status
Public AI generation is disabled. We have not yet completed and verified platform-side prompt and output moderation, and we do not claim that a published policy or a provider setting is a working moderation system. Those checks must run before public generation opens: before a prompt reaches KIE, and before an output can be shown or downloaded.
Browser-only crop and export do not upload your photo to our server, so we do not scan the photo on that path. Your use must still comply with these rules. There is no public gallery of customer work.
Reporting a problem
When the monitored reporting address is available on our contact page, include the relevant task or page reference, the reason for your report and how to reach you. For a rights report, explain your relationship to the work or trademark. Do not send unnecessary private images or identity documents.
Enforcement and appeals
We may deny processing, restrict access to reported content or suspend access to the service while a report is reviewed. We may preserve the minimum records needed to investigate abuse. A rights or safety report is reviewed rather than treated as an automatic finding against another user.
You can ask for a review of an action through the same support channel, with the reference and relevant context. We do not promise automated bans, forfeiture of paid allowances or a working abuse-report endpoint that has not been implemented and verified.
Include your account email and the task or order reference, if relevant. Never send a password, card number or API key.
