Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Image to Image Pro public product preview. Paid checkout and public AI generation are closed. A monitored privacy contact must be confirmed before paid subscriptions open.

Free browser crop and export

The homepage’s free finishing desk processes your selected photo in your browser. That path does not upload your photo or prompt to our server or to KIE. Exported PNG files and the size-pack ZIP are created locally. Choosing the separate AI editor and saving a source image after signing in uses the private upload workflow below.

What the account workflow stores

We store account and session details, privately uploaded source images, prompts, generation-task records, edited results and allowance records. Billing identifiers and verified events are used to reconcile a configured subscription. We do not receive full payment card details.

Why data is processed

Account and task information lets us provide the service you request, verify file ownership, deliver results and reconcile allowances. Limited security and rate-limit records help prevent abuse and unintended provider costs. Billing and support records help resolve payment or delivery issues. We do not publish customer images as marketing examples without permission.

Private files and service providers

Uploads, results and downloads require an authenticated account and an ownership check. Files are stored outside public website assets. Hosting and private storage use the website’s configured infrastructure; the current public preview is hosted on Cloudflare.

For an enabled AI edit, KIE receives your prompt and temporary, task-scoped access to the source image. Its processing and retention follow its own terms and privacy practices. WAFFO Pancake will process payment information if paid billing is enabled. We cannot promise that no third party processes an AI input. Public AI editing remains closed in this preview.

Retention and deletion

Private image access expires after 30 days. Expired files cannot be read through the studio. Automatic permanent deletion is not yet enabled. Deleting a file in your account removes access and requests deletion from our private storage. Delete each unwanted derivative separately; deleting a source does not automatically delete every result.

In-progress tasks must finish or be reconciled before their source can be deleted. Provider retention, backups, necessary transaction records and legal obligations may follow different schedules. We do not state that all account or billing records are automatically erased after 30 days.

Cookies and operational records

Authentication uses necessary session cookies. This preview does not run GA4 or advertising trackers. Hosting and security systems may process request records, such as technical network information. Operational statistics distinguish page requests from users, tasks, payments and downloads.

Your choices and requests

Use images you are authorized to submit and avoid sensitive personal material. Keep a local copy of anything needed beyond the access period, and sign out on shared devices. You may request access, correction or deletion of account data through the privacy support channel once it is published on our contact page. Verification of ownership may be needed, and some records may need to be retained.
